The service and beta

Hog Soup is operated by GBEC, LLC. These terms cover the app, connected generation service, and website. By using Hog Soup, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. You must have legal capacity to agree, or use the service with a parent or guardian who agrees and is responsible for your use.

The beta is for testing and feedback. Features, limits, and availability may change. TestFlight access can expire or end. Keep exported copies of work you want to preserve. A beta invitation does not promise a public release date.

For the iOS app, Apple’s applicable standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also governs the software license. These terms describe Hog Soup’s connected services and subscription allowances. Applicable store terms govern store transactions.

Visual concepts

Hog Soup creates AI-generated visual ideas. Results may contain errors, alter unintended details, or differ from your request. They are not mechanical designs, fitment verification, performance predictions, safety approvals, or road-legality advice. Get qualified advice before modifying an actual motorcycle. Do not use the app while riding.

Pre-made sample images are labeled as samples. They are illustrative artwork and are not a guarantee of a particular result from your photo.

Your content and acceptable use

Only submit content you own or have permission to use and share with the processing providers described in the privacy policy. You retain your rights in your source content. You authorize us and our providers to process it as needed to deliver, check, and protect the service and handle your requests.

Do not submit illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual content; infringe others’ rights; bypass allowance, safety, or access controls; interfere with the service; or use it to harm others. We may reject requests or suspend access for misuse. You can report a result in the app or contact us.

You may save and share outputs to the extent allowed by applicable law, source-content permissions, and applicable provider terms. We do not promise exclusive output, copyright protection, trademark clearance, or rights to a vehicle manufacturer’s branding.

Pro subscriptions and allowance

Monthly: the intended US price is $9.99 per month. Annual: the intended US price is $99.99 billed annually upfront. Your store displays the applicable local price, taxes, duration, and renewal terms before you confirm a real purchase. The store’s purchase confirmation controls.

Both plans include up to 10 completed image generations and one completed five-second video per monthly service window. Annual service refreshes the allowance monthly during the paid year; it does not provide the entire year’s allowance at once. Unused allowance does not roll over. The app shows the next reset date.

One free image is offered to an eligible guest identity, subject to anti-abuse controls. It is not a recurring free allowance or an automatically renewing trial.

A pending generation reserves allowance. A successfully completed result consumes it. Failed or canceled jobs release reserved allowance. Duplicate processing of the same job does not consume it twice. A qualifying report may return usage under the conditions displayed in the app; a usage return is not a cash refund from an app store.

Real subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the original store. Payment is charged to the store account at purchase confirmation and renewal according to the store’s terms. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next scheduled renewal. Store settings show the applicable renewal date and price.

Cancellation and refunds

On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Hog Soup to manage or cancel. You can also use the app’s Manage subscription option. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid-through date unless the store revokes or refunds it. An annual subscriber normally keeps monthly service windows for the remainder of the paid year.

Apple handles App Store refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Other stores handle purchases under their own rules. Contact us about service problems; we can investigate the request and discuss available remedies. Nothing in these terms limits rights or refunds required by applicable consumer law.

Uninstalling the app, deleting app data, or requesting privacy deletion does not cancel a subscription. TestFlight sandbox transactions do not create real charges.

Garage, exports, and restoration

The garage is stored on your device. This version does not promise automatic cloud backup, device-to-device garage synchronization, or recovery after local storage is erased. Export creations you want to keep. Local creations already saved remain accessible after Pro expires, provided their files remain on the device.

Restore purchases uses your original app-store account and verifies subscription access. It does not restore a deleted garage or automatically share an Apple subscription with Google Play. Restored purchases reuse existing billing and usage history; reinstalling does not grant a new paid allowance.

Availability and responsibility

Generation requires connectivity and depends on external services. We may pause new requests for maintenance, outages, safety concerns, or abuse prevention. An already submitted provider request may still finish. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that a generated concept is accurate or suitable for a particular modification.

You are responsible for deciding how to use an output and for real-world changes to your motorcycle. We do not exclude or limit responsibility where the law does not permit it, including any non-excludable consumer rights. Contact us promptly about a prolonged outage affecting a real paid subscription so we can investigate and address available remedies.

Changes and contact

We may update the service and these terms. Material subscription changes are disclosed as required by applicable law and store rules. Updated terms are dated on this page, and we provide additional notice or seek acceptance where required.
